We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to manage daily administrative tasks and support smooth office operations. Candidates must be currently under spouse visa sponsorship in the UAE.
Administration & HR Support:
Oversee daily office operations, utilities, maintenance, and general administrative activities.
Manage company records, correspondence, and vendor coordination for office.
Arrange staff travel, meetings, and company events.
Maintain office assets and ensure staff support needs are attended to promptly.
Arrange and track courier bookings (local & international shipments)
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Monitor and manage office supplies inventory, including stationery and office grocery supplies (pantry items)
Coordinate meetings and appointments.
Ensure office cleanliness and smooth facility coordination
Support management with administrative requirements
Qualifications:
Freshers or candidates with little experience are welcome!
Preferably India and Filipino nationality
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written). Proficiency in any additional language is an added advantage.
