Job Opening: Operation Executive – Sea Freight
Location: Back office in Cochin
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Ocean Freight Export shipments (specifically handling UAE trade)
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Ocean Freight Export shipments (specifically handling UAE trade)
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end handling of Ocean Freight export shipments.
- Prepare and process necessary shipping documents
- Coordinate seamlessly with shipping lines, overseas agents, customers, suppliers and customs clearance departments.
Requirements & Skills:
Candidates who are ready to join immediately will be highly preferred.
Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Proactive, aggressive, and well-organized work approach
Strong problem-solving and convincing skills
High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
